NDIS Purchases

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE WITH YOUR NDIS FUNDING

You may be able to use your NDIS funding to make a purchase from Fun Fidgets if you are self managed or plan managed. We recommend you seek advise from your support coordinator or plan manager if you are unsure.

*Please be sure that you have the available funds before placing an order with us.

If You Are Self Managed:

A. You can order from the website as normal & pay upfront using our payment options. 
  • Please enter the participants NDIS number in the notes box in your cart and proceed to checkout. Make sure you place the order in the NDIS participants name. You can submit your invoice/receipt, which can be downloaded from your order confirmation, to NDIA yourself. As we receive payment upfront we send the items out immediately.
OR

B. As a Pay Later Option
  • Add items to your cart. Please enter the participants NDIS number in the notes box in your cart and proceed to checkout.
  • Enter customer (NDIS participant) details & shipping details.
  • Proceed to payment methods - it is here you can select the NDIS Self Managed payment method at checkout.
  • This is a PAY LATER option and will allow you to draw down first.
  • In your confirmation email, you will see a PDF link to your invoice which includes payment details for you to upload to the portal to draw funds down first.
  • If not received directly to your inbox, try checking your junk or spam folder.
  • Once you receive the funds you pay us directly. Our invoice includes payment details for you. Please put your invoice number as payment reference.
  • As soon as payment is received, we will post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.

If You Are Plan Managed:

In this case, the Plan Manager/3rd Party Agency pays us directly for resources.

  • Add items to cart. Please enter the participants NDIS number in the notes box in your cart and proceed to checkout. 
  • Enter customer (NDIS participant) details & shipping details.
  • Proceed to payment methods  - it is here you can select the alternate payment method, NDIS Plan Managed -  this will allow you to 'checkout' without payment.   
  • In your confirmation email, you will see a PDF link to your invoice which includes payment details for you to forward to your plan manager for payment.  Unfortunately we are unable to send invoices to your plan manager unless they are the primary contact on the order. 
  • If email not received directly to your inbox, try checking your junk or spam folder.  
  • As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address & send you the tracking number.  

If You Are NDIA Managed:

We are not currently a registered provider.

PLEASE NOTE: Invoice terms are 10 days. Due to an increase in non-payments, orders will be cancelled after 14 days past due if no payment has been received. A payment reminder will be sent prior to cancellation.
