Unfortunately, shipping is expensive and costs are continually increasing, making it really hard for tiny sole traders/businesses like Fun Fidgets to compete with big business. BUT, we do offer all of our valuable customers competitively priced Flat Rate Australia-wide Standard/Express Shipping* options. So, rather than offering "free" shipping, which would mean higher prices being charged for every product in the store, we try to keep all of our prices across the store as low as possible, with the lowest possible shipping rates, which is a win for everyone!
Generally we use Australia Post as our courier, although other courier services may be utilised under certain circumstances.
Once payment for your order is received, in most cases, dispatch will occur within 1-2 business days. We do endeavour to dispatch same day but is dependent on order volume.
Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday , during Australia Post business operating hours. No dispatch will occur on any NSW public holidays.
Fun Fidgets cannot guarantee postage times once your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse. No refund will be provided should your parcel arrive later than expected.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please check all of your email folders, including your junk/spam folder.
If you do not choose the signature on delivery option at checkout, Fun Fidgets will not be responsible for any missing parcels once stated as delivered by the carrier.
No "Special Instructions" can be added to a shipping label, ie: "please leave in carport on chair", as the carrier's labels do not accommodate a field for this information to be entered. If you do not choose signature on delivery, then your parcel will be left at the address, if safe to do so, at the discretion of the carrier. If it is not deemed safe, a notice will be given to pick up from another location (generally your local post office if Australia Post). Please sign up for a free myPost account with Australia Post (downloadable phone app available), here you will be able to set any delivery preferences/instructions and any shipping information will also automatically appear here for any orders placed under a corresponding email for any retailer using Australia Post as their carrier.
Fun Fidgets does not take any responsibility for incorrect address input at checkout. Please check your order confirmation and inform us immediately if you have made an error with your shipping address so we can rectify the mistake prior to shipping. No changes can be made once your item has been shipped. You may be able to contact the carrier to arrange a redirection at their discretion. In the case of a parcel not being delivered and returned to us due to customer error, we are happy to resend, but shipping will be charged at the current carrier rate for the parcel.
In the unlikely event that you have an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details of the issue. We will endeavour to come to an amicable solution promptly.
