In addition to shipping options, we also offer the option to pick up your order. Please select the Pick Up option at checkout. Pick Up is from Maryland NSW 2287.
Once your order has been packed and ready for pick up, you will receive an email notification to say your order is ready, with the pick up address and instructions on how to organise a pick up time included. Please check all of your email folders including your junk/spam folder.
In most instances, orders placed before 1pm will be ready for collection the same day. Otherwise, will generally be ready for pick up the following business day. This may be affected by order volumes at times. Business hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST (excluding public holidays). Pick ups may be available outside of these times with prior arrangement being made within these times. Orders being collected outside of business hours will be left in a pre-arranged safe location at the address.
