Fun Fidgets accepts change of mind returns, with conditions outlined in this policy.
Unless the goods are defective or sent in error, you will be required to pay postage with tracking to return the goods. Items must be received in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact and packaged safely so damage does not occur. If goods are damaged in transit, you are responsible for liaising with the carrier. No change of mind goods will be accepted if damaged in transit. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of your return being accepted. We recommend you a service with carrier tracking for your return. Change of mind returns or cancelled orders are subject to a 10% processing/re-stocking/administration fee.
For change of mind returns, items must be received in original, unopened condition with all packaging intact and packaged safely so no damage occurs in transit. If returned goods are used or in an unsaleable condition, then your return will not be accepted. If your returned goods are not accepted, then the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. There is no return/refund or exchange available on discounted/sale items, any weighted or cloth items, chewable items, putty, slime or sand products unless seal is intact, gift cards or any gifts related to a free gift promotion. Any offered refunds will generally be processed by us within 1 business day. Your bank will then have their processing times, which we are unable to advise of, and are out of our control. Gift Cards or free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. Original shipping costs on change of mind returns will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to ship replacement items for change of mind exchanges.
Defective/damaged upon arrival: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. You may be offered a replacement or refund. Each claim is assessed on a case by case basis. Customers may repurchase the product via the website if a refund has been issued. Photos of the defective product showing the defect will be required to process your claim (and video evidence if needed to make a fair assessment). We reserve the right to gather appropriate evidence to make a fair assessment. If no photo (or video if requested) can be provided, a store credit only may be offered at our discretion. Generally there will be no need to return of the item if satisfactory evidence is supplied, unless requested. This is considered to cause the least amount of inconvenience to our valued customers. Claims made outside of our 14 day time period may be considered and assessed fairly on a case by case basis, considering all circumstances presented.
Packing Errors: In the unfortunate event that we have made an error packing your order, please notify us immediately and we will rectify the situation soon as practically possible. In the event that something is missing from your order, we will offer either a refund on the missing item, or to send the missing item with our next dispatch only. We always endeavour to correctly pack every order, but mistakes do happen and are unavoidable, but we will always aim to rectify as quicky as possible.
Shipping Detail Errors: Fun Fidgets will not be responsible for customer error when entering shipping details. Any parcels not delivered/returned to us due to customer error will incur reshipping charges at the current carrier rate for the parcel. If the items are no longer required, the order will be considered a change of mind return.
Carrier Delays: Refunds will not be issued or offered for orders affected by shipping delays that are out of our control.Only replacements will be offered for any items deemed as Lost in Transit by the carrier. If item/items are unavailable, then a store credit will be issued.
Discounts:Third party issued discount codes will not be accepted. Any discount codes offered by us will be auto-generated and specific to the customer the code was issued to for a one-time use.Partial refunds will not be granted in cases of any offered discount codes not entered at checkout. Please contact us if you are having any issues entering offered discount codes prior to completing your purchase as codes cannot be added retrospectively.
